Louisa collects, analyses and presents data, specializing in qualitative research, market intelligence, community engagement and strategic planning.
Louisa has a strong background in marketing and communications, and a keen interest in arts and culture, digital innovation, equitable and sustainable development, and social impact. Louisa's recent work for Nordicity includes projects for Emily Carr University, the British Council, Vancouver International Dance Festival, the Digital Innovation Group (DIG) of arts councils on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, Yukon First Nations Culture and Tourism Association and Yukon Historical and Museums Association.
Prior to joining Nordicity, Louisa headed up marketing efforts for international design consultancies and a VR training startup company in London, UK. After moving to Vancouver in 2018, Louisa transitioned to research consultancy, working on consumer insight, trends, and brand strategy for the design sector, and leading research for the IRCC-funded National LIP Secretariat to support Local Immigration Partnerships (LIPs) across Canada. Louisa is also a board member for the Canadian arm of an Indian grassroots NGO, which runs educational programs for marginalized communities in rural areas of India.

- BA (Hons.) History of Art with Study Abroad from the University of Bristol, including one year at the British Institute of Florence, Italy
- Diploma in Art and Design from the University of Portsmouth
